In this tour experience our 14 Day Tour to Jordan & Israel/Palestine. Discover the rose-red city of Petra, visit Umm Qais and Ajloun and visit Jerash which  is considered one of the largest and most well-preserved sites of Roman architecture, You will explore the most of Wadi Rum desert by 4×4 tour and overnight in Wadi Rum. Experience Amman in a city tour, Float in the salty waters of the Dead Sea at the lowest point on earth with an overnight. You will have 04 full days to visit Isreal/Palestine. It includes the Mount of Olives, Gethsemane, the Old City of Jerusalem with the Via Dolorosa, Church of Holy Sepulchre, Al Aqsa Mosque and Dome of the Rock and Wailing Wall. It continues the next day to Bethlehem and the New City of Jerusalem, Drive past the Good Samaritan Inn to Jericho, the oldest city in the world. Stop at Qumran where the Dead Sea Scrolls were found. Also Visit Masada, the desert fort and site of the last stand of the Jews against the Romans and on the 4th day takes you to the North to visit Nazareth and Galilee/Tiberius, before returning to Amman. You will have free day in Aqaba as well before departure.

Day 1

Arrival Amman

Upon arrival, a member of our staff will meet you at Queen Alia International Airport before you go to customs to assist you with your free visa on arrival to Jordan. Transfer to hotel in Amman. Overnight at hotel.

Day 2

Amman/ Um Qais/ Ajlun/ Jerash/ Amman

Breakfast. Depart Amman to visit Um Qais, a city rich with black basalt ruins of the Hellenistic era in which it was known as Gadara, a hilltop site in the north-west corner of Jordan with grand views of the Golan Heights and Lake Tiberius (the Sea of Galilee). Um Qais is also famous for being one of the ten cities that belonged to the Decapolis. Visit the town of Ajlun with its fortress; one of the best preserved examples of medieval Arab military architecture in the entire Middle East, which was once governed by Saladin. Enjoy the magnificent view into the Jordan Valley. Proceed to visit the Greco-Roman City of Jerash, also known as the City of the thousand columns. Jerash showcases the grandeur of Imperial Rome (and is sometimes referred to as the Pompeii of the East). It is considered one of the largest, and most well preserved sites of Roman architecture in the World outside Italy. As the most pristine Decapolis City (meaning ten cities in Greek) in the modern world, Jerash’s prosperity can be admired in the colonnaded main street and lovely Oval Piazza. Return to Amman. Overnight at hotel.

Day 3

Amman City Tour/ Dead Sea

Breakfast. Departure to visit the ruins of the Amman Roman theatre, the Citadel and the Umayyad Palace. The tour includes visits to the Archaeological and Folklore Museums. Free time for walking/shopping in the old down town area of the city. Transfer to the Dead Sea, the lowest point on Earth located 395 meters below sea level. Float in its unique salt rich waters which make it nature’s natural spa. Free time at leisure. Overnight at hotel.

Day 4

Dead Sea , Bridge, Mount of Olives, Old City Tour

Your driver will pick you up from your hotel at the Dead Sea and transfer to King Hussein / Allenby Bridge Israeli Terminal (crossing using shuttle bus or VIP service - customer to pay directly) and on to Jerusalem. Drive to the Mount of Olives for a wonderful view of Jerusalem. Then go to the Pater Noster with the Lord's Prayer in different languages. From the Mount of Olives the traditional Palm Sunday route takes you to the foot of the hill and sees the Garden of Gethsemane with its ancient olive trees. Enter the Old City through the Dung gate to visit the Wailing (or western) Wall and view the Haram Al Sharif with the Al-Aqsa Mosque and the Dome of the Rock. Walk the Via Dolorosa with its Stations of the Cross till you arrive at the Church of the Holy Sepulchre, where Jesus was crucified and buried, and then rose again. Leave the city through the bazaars to the west by Jaffa Gate. Drive through West Jerusalem to see the various landmarks. Overnight at hotel in Jerusalem.

Day 5

Bethlehem, Shepherds Field and New City of Jerusalem

Depart from your hotel to Bethlehem, crossing into the West Bank and stopping at the Separation Wall. Then into Bethlehem to see the Church of Nativity. Onto the Shepherd's Fields in Beit Sahour. A chance to visit a site such as Mahane Yehuda Market, Yad Vashem (the Holocaust Museum), or the Israel Museum (where you can see the Dead Sea Scrolls). Please discuss your preference with your driver or guide, and note that museums can shut early on some days. Then drive through the New City of Jerusalem and visit the various landmarks. Overnight Jerusalem.

Day 6

Jericho, Qumran and Masada

Drive past the Good Samaritan Inn to Jericho, the oldest city in the world. Stop at Qumran where the Dead Sea Scrolls were found. Visit Masada, the desert fort and site of the last stand of the Jews against the Romans. Return to Jerusalem and overnight in your hotel.

Day 7

Nazareth & Galilee / Tiberius – Amman

Depart from your hotel and drive to Nazareth, the boyhood village of Jesus, now a bustling city. At the Church of the Annunciation you will see visitors from all corners of the world, and this is reflected in the décor of the modern building. Then drive north to Capernaum where you will see the Synagogue where Jesus taught and the other remains of this once prosperous town on the shores of the Sea of Galilee that became his adopted home. You will visit the Mount of Beatitudes, scene of the famous Sermon on the Mount, and Tabgha, where the miracle of the feeding the 5000 is said to have happened. Stop at the Church of the Primacy where Peter was told by Jesus that to continue his work, and try walking on water. Finish tour in Galilee at 4:00pm and return to Allenby Crossing (crossing using shuttle bus service) and on to Amman.

Day 8

Kings Hwy from Amman to Petra (Madaba, Mt Nebo, Wadi Mujib Viewpoint, Karak, Dana Viewpoint

Today you will travel to Petra on the Kings Hwy a route that has been in use for centuries. Your driver will pick you up from the hotel at 8:00 and transfer you to Madaba. Best known for its spectacular Byzantine and Umayyad mosaics, Madaba is home to the famous 6th century Mosaic Map of Jerusalem and the Holy Land. With two million pieces of vividly coloured local stone, it depicts hills and valleys, villages and towns as far as the Nile Delta. The Madaba Mosaic Map covers the floor of the Greek Orthodox Church of St. George, which is located northwest of the city centre. The church was built in 1896 AD, over the remains of a much earlier 6th century Byzantine church. The mosaic panel enclosing the Map was originally around 15.6 X 6m, 94 sq.m., only about a quarter of which is preserved. You will then proceed to Mount Nebo where Moses is said to have stood and looked out to the Promised Land. On a clear day you can look out over the Dead Sea and all the way to Jerusalem.  Continuing down the Kings Hwy you will stop at the Wadi Mujib viewpoint. Known as the Grand Canyon of Jordan this is an expansive valley and offers great views. Drive to Karak where you will visit Karak Castle the famous Crusader castle built in 1132/34 by King Baldwin I. of Jerusalem. You will continue down the Kings Hwy to Dana where you will stop and look at the viewpoint. If there is time you can stop and visit Shobak Castle.

Day 9

Petra Full day tour / Petra overnight

Breakfast. Depart the Dead Sea south to Petra for a full day visit of the city. We will start our journey to explore Petra, aptly described as the “rose-red city, half as old as time”. The ancient city was founded by the Nabateans 2000 years ago. Its massive architectural structure and its multicolored stones are an incredible attraction. The visit of the ancient Nabatean capital starts on horseback, followed by a walk through the Siq, a long narrow fissure between two overhanging cliffs. Towards the end of the Siq, you will be spellbound by Petra’s most famous monument; the Treasury. The tour then proceeds to gradually unfold the mysteries of the city. Overnight at hotel.

Day 10

Petra/ Wadi Rum Jeep Tour / Wadi Rum and Overnight

Breakfast. Departure to Wadi Rum, Jordan’s largest desert and one of the most spectacular desert landscapes in the world. 4x4 Tour inside Wadi Rum for 04 hrs to explore the most of Wadi Rum. BBQ Dinner and overnight.

Day 11

Wadi Rum / Aqaba Free Day Aqaba

Breakfast. Proceed to the gulf city of Aqaba. Free afternoon at leisure,  Free day at leisure in Aqaba, Overnight at hotel.

Day 12

Aqaba Free Day / Amman

Breakfast. Free day at leisure in Aqaba.  Leave Aqaba in the afternoon and overnight in Amman.

Day 13

Eastern Desert Castles, Shaumari Reserve and Azraq Wetlands / Amman

Your driver will pick you up and you will head north from Amman to the Eastern Desert. You will visit three of the region's famous desert castles built by the powerful Umayyad dynasty in the — UNESCO-listed Qusayr Amra, Qasr Kharana and Qasr al-Azraq.  Qusayr Amra was once an Umayyad hunting hideaway. The impeccably preserved castle is now best-known for its 8th-century frescoes that depict hedonistic scenes of nude women, wine and wild times. Next stop is the impressive 2 story Qasr Kharana where Mesopotamian, Arabic and Greek influences are all apparent inside its walls. Near Azraq is Shaumari Reserve which was established as a breeding centre to reintroduce wildlife to the regions such as endangered Arabian oryx, Persian onagers (wild ass), Dorcas gazelles and houbara bustards. You will go on a safari trip at the reserve. Next you will visit the Azraq wetlands which have an abundant of wildlife/birdlife. Qasr Al-Azraq is a built from black bassalt and was built as a hunting lodge by the Umayyads, but is more famously known as TE Lawrences headquarters in more recent history. You will be transferred back to your hotel in Amman.

Day 14

Amman/ Departure

Breakfast. Transfer to the airport for departure.
